Terms of Use for אור בין תחנות

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using אור בין תחנות on iOS and macOS you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

These terms are a contract for the software experience itself. Apple's Media Services terms, App Store review guidelines, and any Apple platform agreements still apply to how you obtain and pay for the binary.

אור בין תחנות is licensed, not sold. Except for the limited licence below, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

2. Service

אור בין תחנות provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates. Companion targets (for example widgets or additional Apple platforms in the same product) are part of the same licence when Apple distributes them with the app.

3. User conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer the binary except to the extent a statute forbids that restriction, and you will not use the app to store or transmit content you do not have rights to handle.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping the device and Apple ID secure.
